Personally coming from a fast paced corporate industry background, 30 years in banking and finance, I know what it is like trying to find equal balance with career, family, and marriage. That does not leave much time for self-care that is so vital in maintaining both mental and physical health!!
I myself was always trying to find that HEALTHY BALANCE,
a mix of the best services and products to keep me centered, healthy and maintain high energy to get it all done.
After years of holistic classes, researching and experimenting the best clean wellness products for both health and beauty along with the services that helped the best for relaxation and rejuvenation,
I wanted to create an ALL IN ONE space that I could share all the tools and research to help LIVE YOUR BEST LIFE.
Merging my own journey with my expertise,

I am currently a member of the Holistic Alliance of W.N.Y and serve on the Board for NAWBO, National Association Of Women Business Owners. Staying connected to my community and learning what struggles we all face in our daily lives is a high priority for me and my business.
